Paramount Health Solutions, LLC, (PHS), welcomes Tim Grubb, MBA, to the new role of senior vice president of business development.

Tim Grubb has more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience in the areas of business development and transformation, strategic planning, financial analysis, planning and forecasting, project management, operations, sales, marketing, training and client support. Throughout his career he has collaborated with and served a wide variety of healthcare organizations including for-profit and non-profit hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers and other medical providers.

“My approach is to try to understand, create value for and partner with provider organizations – from sole community hospitals to national health systems,” Grubb explained.

Grubb previously was vice president of business development and partnerships for VisuWell, a telehealth technology company. He also worked as a managing director responsible for both business development and project delivery with FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm. He began his healthcare career with Cambio Health Solutions, which was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2005. He has also worked in other industries including technology, manufacturing, banking and education.

Grubb earned an MBA from the Vanderbilt University (Nashville, Tenn.) Owen School of Management, with a dual major in Finance and Strategy. He completed a B.S. in Business Administration from Aquinas College of Nashville.
