Spectrum Health Solutions, LLC, d/b/a Paramount Health Solutions (PHS), a Nashville-based provider of healthcare revenue cycle services to hospitals and health systems across the U.S., announces Ken Doran as its new president and chief executive officer.
Doran succeeds Wesley Littrell whose planned retirement went into effect June 30, 2022. Littrell will continue to provide guidance and insight to Paramount Health Solutions as one of its investors and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Doran’s affiliation with Paramount Health Solutions began when he led a group of investors, including Littrell, in the acquisition of the then-California-based company in May 2020. Together with Littrell, he organized PHS’s move to Nashville and has had a seat on the PHS Board of Directors since that time.
Doran brings more than three decades of senior management experience in a variety of challenging operating and financial roles in the public accounting and healthcare sectors to his new position. His experience ranges from organizational restructuring, to managing organizations experiencing rapid start-up growth, and includes the technical, managerial and strategic skill sets required to quickly assess and provide pivotal guidance to any healthcare organization.
Doran is also president and chief executive officer of PHS’s sister organization, Spectrum Health Partners, LLC, a healthcare financial and operational consulting firm.
Paramount Health Solutions specializes in DRG validation, clinical documentation improvement, denials management and education programs for hospitals, health systems and post-acute providers.
