Mark Hartman is Chair of the Board for Paramount Health Solutions. He is a change agent skilled in assessing and simplifying complex situations by defining and leading transformational initiatives for leadership by identifying cost reductions and redefining efficient procedures. He has a history of surpassing ambitious business goals and creating innovative growth strategies to position healthcare organizations and companies for long-term growth and spurring million-dollar profits. Mr. Hartman demonstrates a profound dedication to stakeholder and client engagement and to supporting executive leaders, boards, and civic communities.

Mr. Hartman is a Partner of Spectrum Health Partners, which he joined in 2014 as a Principal.  He was then promoted to Partner in 2017. Throughout his 35-plus years of experience, he has garnered the ability to recognize, then capitalize, on growth opportunities to maximize success. His education, accounting background, and skill set provide him a unique understanding to lead and guide healthcare organizations at all levels, including financial restructuring and M&A due diligence reviews. He is passionate about forming leaders in the healthcare industry and with a knack for building and motivating teams, he is always ready to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Mr. Doran joined the Board of Directors of Paramount Health Solutions (PHS) when the Franklin, Tennessee-based group of investors that he led acquired PHS on May 1, 2020. He was appointed to the role of President and CEO of the organization on July 1, 2022.

Mr. Doran brings insights to the Board of Directors as an outcome of his 35-years of experience in a variety of challenging operating and financial roles in the public accounting and healthcare sectors. His experience ranges from organizational restructuring to managing organizations experiencing rapid start-up growth. With more than three decades of senior management experience in key financial roles in operating companies, Mr. Doran possesses the broad technical, managerial, and strategic skill sets required to quickly assess and provide pivotal guidance in any managerial situation. Diverse exposure to different elements of healthcare, primarily in the acute care hospital and long-term care institutional pharmacy settings allows him a swift level of understanding when assessing larger, more complex environments such as integrated delivery systems and publicly traded companies.

Since 2001, Mr. Doran has managed due diligence through Final Net Working Capital Settlements on more than 200 healthcare transactions, both on the buy and sell sides. In addition, he has regularly served as the Interim CEO, CFO and CRO for healthcare clients.

Mr. Doran also currently serves as President and CEO of Spectrum Health Partners, responsible for the firm’s management, which includes sales/marketing, engagement management, accounting and information technologies. He is responsible for overseeing the Transaction Advisory Services and Post Transaction/Wind-Down Services for Spectrum Health Partners.

Mr. White is an investor who joined the Paramount Health Solutions (PHS) Board of Directors May 1, 2020, when certain Spectrum Health Partner colleagues acquired PHS. Under a previous employer, Mr. White worked closely with all members of the PHS team, providing him firsthand experience with the effectiveness of their program. Brent will assist with oversight to ensure that Paramount Health Solutions stays true to its mission.

Mr. White is a career healthcare finance executive with over 30-years of experience. He previously served as a Principal with Spectrum Health Partners. Prior to his role at Spectrum, he was employed by five publicly traded healthcare companies. He has further provided consultation services to three of those five companies, as well as to two other publicly traded healthcare organizations. He has served both as permanent and Interim CFO in facilities ranging from 64 beds to over 500 beds.

Mr. Littrell has served on the Board of Directors for Paramount Health Solutions since its inception in August 2018. He became President of PHS in August 2019 and assumed the role of CEO in May 2020, where he successfully led the organization for two years.

With more than 40 years of healthcare experience, and as a Life Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives, Mr. Littrell epitomizes leadership in practically every area of hospital management.

Mr. Littrell came to Paramount Health Solutions with a pedigree from several outstanding healthcare organizations such as Community Health Systems, Ascension Health and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

As Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President for Business Development at Community Health Systems, Mr. Littrell spearheaded the growth strategy revamping of their clinical service lines, network development based on market size, telehealth strategies and non-acute care strategies to bolster company diversification. Strategizing partnerships with ambulatory surgery centers, rural hospitals and a large network of community hospitals was the mainstay of his 25-year tenure at Saint Thomas Health, in Nashville, Tenn., and was part of Ascension Health.
